GENERAL BILL by Gottlieb ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Davis
Sales Tax Collection Allowance; authorizes dealer to elect to forego collection allowance & direct that collection allowance revenues be transferred to Educational Enhancement Trust Fund for distribution to school districts as specified; provides exceptions; provides for rulemaking by DOR; provides for costs recovery; requires DOR to report collection information to DOE. Amends 212.12. APPROPRIATION: $112,920.
