GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Agriculture ; Posey

Regulated Reptiles; requires Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission to establish list of reptiles subject to regulation; increases required bond amount for exhibition of said reptiles; requires safe, secure, & proper housing of said reptiles; provides for inspection of said reptiles; requires commission to establish reporting system for certain activities re said reptiles; authorizes certain persons to open regulated reptile cages, etc. Amends Ch. 372.
