Felon's Right To Vote/Restoration; constitutional amendment to authorize Legislature to provide conditions under which convicted felon's right to register or vote may be restored by statute & removes inoperative provisions re term limits for members of Congress & U.S. Senators, which provisions have been determined by U.S. Supreme Court to violate U.S. Constitution. Amends s. 4, Art. VI.
