Mobile Home Relocation Corporation [EPCC]; provides notice requirements to certain mobile home lot tenants re entitlement to compensation from Fla. Mobile Home Relocation Trust Fund; provides for late fees if mobile home park does not make payments to said corporation within required period; provides for venue for actions to collect payments; provides exception to provisions providing for payment of relocation expenses, etc. Amends 723.061,.06116,.0612.
