Child Care Personnel/Fingerprinting [SPCC]; requires electronic submission of fingerprints of child care personnel & retention of fingerprints by FDLE; requires that records identified with retained fingerprints be reported to DCFS; provides for fees; requires invoice for fees; provides rulemaking authority; requires certain persons to be refingerprinted; requires level 2 screening of each person who is employed in child care facility every 5 years, etc. Amends 402.305.
