GENERAL BILL by Policy & Budget Council ; Traviesa ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ambler ; Lopez-Cantera

Prof. Sports Franchise Facilities; requires Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to serve as state agency for screening applicants for certain state funding & for certifying applicants as facilities for professional sports franchises eligible for such funding; provides for distribution of portion of revenues from tax on sales, use, & other transactions to applicants certified as facilities for said franchises under specified provision, etc. Amends Ch. 288, 212.20.
