Securities Transactions Regulation [FPCC]; increases registration & filing fees for associated persons; deletes provisions providing for assessment fee to be allocated to Securities Guaranty Fund; repeals provisions re allocation & disbursement of assessment fees & Investment Fraud Restoration Financing Corporation; revises formula for transferring revenues received as assessment fees into said fund, etc. Amends 517.12,.131,.315; repeals 517.1203,.1204.
