GENERAL BILL
Enterprise Zone Incentives/Uninsured; provides for exemption by refund from tax on sales, use, & other transactions of certain medical equipment or supplies purchased & used by certain health care facilities located in enterprise zones; provides procedures & limitations for refund; provides duties of DOR; expands list of entities from which appointments may be made to enterprise zone development agency's board of commissioners, etc. Amends 212.08, 290.0056.
