GENERAL BILL by Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations ; Fasano
Highway Safety/Driver Improvement [FPCC]; authorizes HSMV Dept. to distribute safety awareness materials that do not include advertisements; provides that such materials include Official Florida Driver Handbooks; requires that other governmental entities including public schools, use books provided by department. Amends 322.025.
