GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy and Calendar Committee

Appropriations Implementing Bill [FPCC]; provides for use of specified calculations re Fla. Education Finance Program; requires that funds appropriated for forensic mental health treatment services be allocated to areas of state having greatest demand for services & treatment capacity; requires DEP to lease S. Fla. Eval. & Treatment Center to Miami-Dade Co. for specified term; authorizes state agencies to make cash awards to state employees for satisfactory service, etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: 07/01/2007 except as otherwise provided
