GENERAL BILL by Commerce ; Atwater

Warranty Responsibility/MV Dealers [EPCC]; provides that reasonable compensation for work, including labor & parts, is same under warranty as under other circumstances unless motor vehicle manufacturer, distributor, or importer demonstrates that charges are proper; prohibits motor vehicle manufacturer, distributor, or importer from imposing charge on motor vehicle dealer for warranty work & certain products. Amends 320.696.
