Winery Shipper; authorizes certain direct shipments of wine; provides requirements for licensure; requires that said shipper licensee file surety bond with Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco Div. of DBPR; provides age requirements for those receiving direct shipments of wine; requires collection, remittance, & payment of certain taxes by direct shippers; requires that winery shippers maintain certain records, etc. Amends Chs. 561, 599.004. APPROPRIATION: $663,866.
