Citizens Property Insurance Corporation/Task Force; creates Citizens Property Insurance Corporation Mission Review Task Force; limits authority of Fla. Building Commission to modify certain codes & standards under certain circumstances; requires counties & municipalities to enforce certain windborne debris protections & structural guidelines; requires commission to amend Fla. Building Code to require application of certain standards & eliminate certain exceptions, etc. Amends 553.73. APPROPRIATION: $250,000.
