Motor Vehicle Manufacturer/Distributor/Warranties; revises requirement that certain motor vehicle manufacturers & distributors compensate dealer for work performed to rectify product or warranty defects or fulfill delivery & preparation obligations; revises provisions for determination of compensation amount to specify that work includes labor & parts; prohibits manufacturer or distributor from imposing certain charges on dealer to recover costs of compensation. Amends 320.696.
