Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Prevention Act; creates said act; directs DOH to develop public education program, including telephone information hotline, to provide information re Fetal Alcohol Syndrome; directs DOH in conjunction with DCFS to develop & maintain Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Prevention Network consisting of service providers & Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders Diagnostic & Intervention Centers, etc. Creates 397.602; amends Ch. 397, 562.063.
