TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Trust Funds [FPCC]; redesignates Cooperative Agreement Trust Fund within Department of Military Affairs; amends provision re trust funds within department; conforms provisions to changes made by act; terminates specified trust fund within Department of Transportation; provides for disposition of balances in trust fund; prescribes procedures for termination of trust fund. Amends 250.175.
