GENERAL BILL by Wise
Tobacco Products/Minimum Age [EPCC]; prohibits person under 21 years of age from smoking tobacco near school property; prohibits person under 21 years of age from purchasing or receiving tobacco products; prohibits certain entities from giving sample tobacco products to person under 21 years of age; requires dealer to provide training program for employees re age at which person may purchase tobacco, etc. Amends Ch. 569, 386.212.
