Illegal Aliens [LPCC]; requires law enforcement officers, sheriffs & chief correctional officers, & clerks of circuit court to report to Immigration & Customs Enforcement office of United States Dept. of Homeland Security suspected illegal aliens who are arrested, detained, or convicted of felony; requires law enforcement agencies to provide written notice to each law enforcement officer of officer's duty to cooperate with federal officials re federal immigration laws, etc.
