Florida Security & Immigration; creates "Florida Security & Immigration Compliance Act"; prohibits public employers & DOT from entering into contract for physical performance of services within this state with contractors not registered & participating in federal work authorization program by specified date; provides procedures & requirements re registration of contractors & subcontractors, etc. Creates Ch. 986, 337.163.
