Public School Safety; revises requirements of district school board policies of zero tolerance for crime & victimization; authorizes expulsion, suspension, or placement in alternative program of students found to have committed certain offenses; requires consideration on case-by-case basis; revises guidelines for reporting certain acts; requires appropriate continuing educational services for student offenders. Amends 1006.13.
