GENERAL BILL by Jobs & Entrepreneurship Council ; Holloway
Cardrooms; revises time periods cardroom may operate; revises license fees; authorizes cardroom operator to give certain awards under certain circumstances; revises bet limit; authorizes certain games with buy-in limit to be conducted without bet limit; provides requirements for conducting tournament; provides that city or county granting approval of initial cardroom license is to receive funds from Pari-mutuel Wagering Trust Fund, etc. Amends 849.086. APPROPRIATION: $279,133.
