Individual Personal Private Property Protection; creates "Individual Personal Private Property Protection Act of 2007"; prohibits public or private entity from prohibiting customer, employee, or invitee from possessing any personal private property that is legal product when such product is lawfully possessed & locked inside or locked to private motor vehicle in parking lot; provides specified immunity from liability for employers & landlords of employers, etc. Creates 790.251.
