SB 1442: Employee Screening/Education Program [SPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Baker

Employee Screening/Education Program [SPCC]; provides that professional staff members & employees of transitional education program who undergo level 2 background screening may not be required by district school board to undergo additional background screening if person meets certain requirements. Amends 393.0655.
