HB 1447: Video Lotteries
GENERAL BILL by (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fields
Video Lotteries; provides powers & duties of DOL pertaining to video lottery games; prohibits certain persons from playing video lottery games; requires video lottery retailers to execute agreements with certain horsemen's & breeders' associations; excludes video lottery terminals from definition of term "coin-operated amusement machine" for purposes of sales & use tax, etc. Amends 24.103,.105, 212.02; creates 24.125-.139.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
