CS/HB 1551: Lottery Department & Pari-mutuel Facilities
GENERAL BILL by Environment & Natural Resources Council ; Rivera
Lottery Department & Pari-mutuel Facilities; authorizes Lottery Department to hold patents; prohibits certain persons from playing video lottery games; provides that use or expansion of property for video lottery terminals is not subject to review or approval under land use, zoning, or site plan review or concurrency law, ordinance, or regulation; decreases required local effort for school districts by certain estimated revenues from video lottery terminals, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $10,000,000.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
