OGSR/Social Security & Financial Account Numbers [RPCC]; amends provision which provides general exemption from inspection or copying of public records for social security numbers & bank account, debit, charge, & credit card numbers; clarifies penalty provisions; consolidates & revises current public-records exemptions applicable to court files; revises date on which automatic redaction of social security numbers & financial account numbers by court clerks is required, etc. Amends Ch. 119, 215.322.
