Public Project Construction Bonds [EPCC]; provides that amount of bond shall equal contract price except under certain conditions; provides that bond may not be conditioned on performance of design or nonconstruction services if such services are not included in bond amount; revises provisions re award of design-build contracts for surveying or mapping services by certain governmental entities, etc. Amends 255.05, 287.055; creates 255.103.
