Parole Commission Membership; deletes obsolete provision; requires commission's membership to reflect at all times diversity of population of this state; repeals provision which provided for expiration of terms of members of commission as of June 30, 1996, & staggering of initial terms of members appointed to replace them. Amends 947.01,.02; repeals 947.022.
