GENERAL BILL by Economic Expansion & Infrastructure Council ; Rivera ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Culp ; Roberson, Y ; Bullard ; Zapata ; Fields ; Gibson ; Bendross-Mindingall
Enterprise Zones; authorizes certain counties to apply to Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to amend boundaries of existing enterprise zone for certain purposes; exempts certain property purchased for use or consumption by businesses in super enterprise zone & retail sales by certified businesses in said zone; requires said office to designate specified area in Miami-Dade Co. as pilot project super enterprise zone, etc. Amends 212.02,.08, Ch. 290.
