GENERAL BILL by Altman
Tuition Rates at Community Colleges & Universities; requires students to pay 75 percent more than in-state tuition rate for credit hours in excess of specified number of credit hours required to complete degree program; excludes certain credit hours from calculation as hours required to earn degree; provides for notification of students by postsecondary institution; provides applicability. Creates 1009.286.
