GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Peaden

Informed Consent/Medical [SPCC]; adds additional medical personnel to provisions allowing immunity for certain emergency examination & treatment of incapacitated persons done without consent if informed consent would have reasonably been given under medical consent law; conforms provisions; adds additional medical personnel to medical consent law. Amends 401.445, 766.103.
