GENERAL BILL by Safety & Security Council ; Seiler

Uniform Commercial Code; provides scope of chapter & cites chapter as "Uniform Commercial Code - General Provisions"; authorizes certain timeframes to be fixed by agreement; revises criteria determining when action is taken within reasonable time & seasonably; provides that course of performance & course of dealing may be used for certain purposes; deletes filing fees for electronically filing financing statement or amendment thereto, etc. Amends FS.
