GENERAL BILL by Geller
Parole for Juveniles [LPCC]; provides that child younger than specified age who is sentenced to life or more than 10 years in prison is eligible for parole if child has been incarcerated for minimum period & has not previously been adjudicated for certain offenses; provides for review of child's eligibility for parole by Parole Commission; requires commission to conduct initial interview with child within minimum time, etc. Amends 985.56.
