GENERAL BILL by Gardiner
Alcoholic Beverages; clarifies prohibition against allowing person younger than 21 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages at premises licensed to sell alcohol; authorizes licensee to seize driver's license or ID card of person who uses such license or card to misrepresent or misstate his or her age or age of another person; prohibits person younger than 21 years of age from consuming alcoholic beverages or being intoxicated, etc. Amends Chs. 322, 562, 1001.
