Compounded Medicinal Drugs; revises definition; authorizes certain pharmacists & pharmacies to compound medicinal drugs & deliver such drugs to certain prescribers for in-office use of prescriber; authorizes certain pharmacists to dispense compounded medicinal drugs to certain prescribers; provides minimum standards to govern dispensing of such compounded medicinal drugs. Amends 465.003; creates 465.055.
