SB 1556: Repeat Sexual Offenders [LPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Ring

Repeat Sexual Offenders [LPCC]; requires that person designated as said offender be electronically monitored for duration of person's supervision following conditional release; requires that sexual predator or said offender be monitored by electronic monitoring system meeting certain designated specifications following release on probation, community control, or conditional release, etc. Amends 947.1405, 948.11,.30.
