Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program; revises number of instructional hours that are required for school-year pre-K program delivered by private pre-K provider; revises credential requirements for pre-K instructors in summer pre-K programs; revises number of instructional hours that are required for school-year pre-K program delivered by public school; repeals provision re aspirational goals for credentials of said instructors, etc. Amends 1002.55,.61,.63,.71, 1007.23; repeals 1002.65.
