Outdoor/Nonconforming Signs; provides that nonconforming signs may continue under certain conditions; provides definitions; provides for maintenance & repair; provides for modifications; requires documentation upon request of DOT; provides that said sign continue if it is not destroyed, abandoned, or discontinued; provides conditions for said sign to be destroyed, abandoned, or discontinued. Creates 479.095.
