Minor Child/Temporary Custody [SPCC]; authorizes court to consider child's best interests in determining when to reunite child with his or her parents; provides that petition for temporary custody may contain verified statement that child's best interests would be served by granting temporary custody to petitioner & that child's parents have failed to object. Amends 751.01,.03.
