Ballot Specifications/Candidate Name [LPCC]; removes provision requiring placement on ballot of names of candidates for President & Vice President of United States nominated by political party receiving most votes in last gubernatorial election before all other candidates for President & Vice President; requires rotation among precincts of positions of names of major party candidates on general election ballots & primary ballots, etc. Amends 101.151.
