Elections; provides requirements re incomplete voter registration applications; revises date by which persons casting provisional ballots may present voter eligibility evidence; creates separate oath & oath requirements for candidates for federal office; revises date on which primary election is held; revises filing deadlines for write-in candidates for President & Vice President of United States, etc. Amends FS.
