Gift Certificates & Similar Credit Items [EPCC]; defines terms "credit memo" & "gift certificate"; prohibits gift certificate or credit memo sold or issued for consideration in this state from having expiration date, expiration period, or any type of postsale charge or fee imposed on gift certificate or credit memo; provides certain exceptions; requires that said certificate or memo be reported as unclaimed property; provides legislative intent, etc. Creates 501.95, 717.1045.
