Theft [EPCC]; provides enhanced penalties for theft exceeding specified amount for persons who individually, or in concert with others, coordinate activities of one or more persons in committing theft; provides enhanced penalties for retail theft exceeding specified amount for persons who individually, or in concert with others, coordinate activities of one or more persons in committing offense, etc. Amends 812.014,.015, 921.0022.
