GENERAL BILL by Lawson

Fireworks [EPCC]; revises registration requirements for manufacturers, distributors, & wholesalers of sparklers or fireworks & retailers of sparklers; provides for issuance of cease & desist orders; provides for suspension or revocation of registration & grounds therefor; provides for state issuance of permits for displays in absence of local mechanism; prohibits sale or delivery of sparklers to minors, etc. Amends Ch. 791.
