Auctioneering/Licensure [EPCC]; provides fingerprint requirement to qualify for auctioneer & auctioneer business licensures; revises application requirements for licensure as auction business; provides for ineligibility of certain persons & auction businesses to reapply for licensure; requires Florida Board of Auctioneers to adopt rules re auction business financial responsibility. Amends 468.385.
