GENERAL BILL by Lynn
Sexual & Violent Felony Offenders [LPCC]; denies bail or any form of pretrial release to sexual offenders or habitual violent felony offenders under certain circumstances; requires that said offenders remain in custody pending hearing on probation or community control violation; requires that hearing determine nature & probability of any danger that offender poses to community before release of violator following said violation, etc. Creates 903.0351; amends 948.06.
