GENERAL BILL by Posey
Dependent Minors [SPCC]; provides that child who has been previously adjudicated as delinquent for posing threat to safety of others & who is no longer welcome in his or her home is considered dependent; prohibits court from imposing sanctions against parent or guardian of child who is found to be dependent & is no longer welcome in his or her home. Amends 39.01,.507.
