Strangulation/Domestic Battery [LPCC]; provides that it is third-degree felony to knowingly and intentionally impede normal breathing or circulation of blood of another person in specified ways; provides exception & definitions; provides criminal penalties; amends provision re offense severity ranking chart of Criminal Punishment Code; conforms reference to changes made by act. Amends 784.041, 921.0022.
