Hurricane Preparedness & Insurance [EPCC]; amends provision re Fla. Hurricane Catastrophe Fund; specifies purpose of Citizens Property Insurance Corp.; specifies conditions under which policyholder removed for corporation through assumption agreement is eligible for coverage from corporation; revises time period for current rates of corporation coverage to remain in effect; specifies requirements for notices of nonrenewal & renewal of property insurance policies, etc. Amends FS.
