GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Joyner

Probate [LPCC]; specifies additional circumstances under which certain funds or accounts are not exempt from surviving spouse's claims; provides prerequisite to admitting will to probate or appointing personal representative under certain circumstances; provides for enforceability of will or trust provisions requiring arbitration of certain disputes; revises provisions re "elective share trust", etc. Amends Chs. 731, 732, 733, 734, 222.21, 895.02.
